How to convert JPG to PDF

  1. Add your images. Drop in JPG or PNG files — they're added in the order you select them.
  2. Pick a page size. Choose "Fit to image," A4 or US Letter, with an adjustable margin for the two fixed sizes.
  3. Create the PDF. Select "Create PDF" to build and download a PDF with one image per page.

What happens to your images

The PDF is assembled locally using pdf-lib running in the current browser tab. Your images are read into device memory and embedded directly into the new document — none of it is uploaded to OpenToolkit.

Because there's no upload, there's no server-side size limit either; a large batch of high-resolution photos is bound only by your browser's available memory.

  • Combine scanned receipts or photographed pages into one shareable PDF.

  • Create a simple photo booklet without design software.

Frequently asked questions

Are my images uploaded anywhere?

No. The PDF is built in the current browser tab; images never leave your device.

How do I change the order of the images?

Images are added in the order you select or drop them. Clear the list and re-add the files in the order you want if you need to change it.

Which page size should I choose?

"Fit to image" keeps each page exactly the size of its photo — good for scans. A4 or US Letter is better when the PDF needs to print consistently, e.g. for forms.

Is there a limit on how many images I can add?

No fixed limit — it depends on your browser's available memory, especially with many high-resolution photos.

Can I convert a PDF back to images?

Yes — use PDF to JPG.

Can I merge this result with another PDF?

Yes — use Merge PDF afterward.
