How to reorder, rotate or delete PDF pages
- Add your PDF. Choose a file to build a page-position grid of thumbnails.
- Rearrange the pages. Move pages left or right, rotate them 90°, duplicate them, or delete the ones you don't need.
- Download. Select "Download organized PDF" to save the new document.
What happens to your file
Pages are rearranged locally in your browser using pdf-lib — the document is read into memory on your device, and the reordered result is written back out in the same tab. Nothing is uploaded to OpenToolkit.
Because there's no upload, there's no server-side size limit; a very large document is bound only by your browser's available memory.
What this organizer supports
Common reasons to reorganize a PDF
- Fix pages that were scanned in the wrong order.
- Rotate a handful of sideways or upside-down scanned pages.
- Remove a blank or duplicate page before sending a document out.
- Duplicate a cover or signature page for a second copy in the same file.
Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Reordering, rotating and rebuilding the PDF all happen locally in the current browser tab.
Can I split pages into separate files instead?
Use Split PDF to extract pages into one or more new files.
Can I organize a password-protected PDF?
Not directly. Unlock it in a PDF application first, then organize the unprotected copy.
Does rotating a page affect its content quality?
No — rotation just changes the page's orientation metadata; the underlying content is unchanged.
Can I combine pages from two different PDFs here?
Not in this tool — use Merge PDF first to combine files, then organize the result.
Is there a page-count limit?
No fixed limit — very long documents are bound only by your browser's available memory.
